How to Log In to Your Castr Account Using Verification Code

Learn how Castr's verification code login system works, how to receive your code, and how to change the email address associated with your account.

How Castr's Login System Works

Castr uses a verification code login system. When you sign in, a one-time code is sent to your registered email address. Simply enter the code to access your dashboard — no password is needed for this login method.

How to Log In

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Castr account

  2. Check your email inbox for a message from Castr containing your verification code

  3. Enter the code on the login screen

  4. You will be redirected to your Castr dashboard

Not Receiving the Verification Code?

If you don't see the verification email in your inbox, try these steps:

  • Check your spam/junk folder — Verification emails sometimes land there

  • Wait a moment — The email may take up to a minute to arrive

  • Add Castr to your safe senders list — Whitelist emails from castr.io in your email provider

  • Try again — Click "Resend code" on the login page to request a new code

  • Check the email address — Make sure you are entering the exact email address used to create your Castr account

Changing Your Login Email

Since the verification code is sent to your registered email, you may need to change it if you lose access to that email or want to use a different one. Email changes cannot be done self-service — you will need to contact Castr support.

To request an email change, reach out to Castr support via the chat widget on your dashboard with the following information:

  • Old email address (the one currently on your account)

  • New email address (the one you want to switch to)

  • Last 4 digits of your payment method (for identity verification)

The support team will process your request, typically within 24 hours.

Securing Your Account

For additional security, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA enabled, you'll need both your login credentials and a time-sensitive code from an authenticator app on your phone. See How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for setup instructions.

  • Does the verification code expire? Yes, codes are time-limited. If your code has expired, simply request a new one by clicking "Resend code."
