To begin scheduling in Cloud Production, open the Ad Schedules tab.
Prerequisites
Ads (flows) must be set up in advance in Cloud Production.
Start the stream.
Click the Transition button at least once after the stream starts.
This initialises the flow engine. Without this step, scheduled ads will not trigger.
Once the above steps are completed, open the Ad Schedules tab to begin scheduling.
Cloud Production supports two types of schedules:
Single Time β Displays a flow once at a specific date and time.
Recurring β Displays a flow repeatedly at defined intervals between a start and end date/time.
Single Time Schedule
Use Single Time when you want a flow to play only once.
To set it up:
Select Single Time.
Configure the required fields.
Flow Selection: The flow that will be shown at the scheduled date and time.
Start Date & Time: When the flow will start playing.
Duration: How long the selected flow will be displayed.
Return Flow: The flow that will play after the scheduled flow ends.
Recurring Schedule
Use Recurring when you want a flow to repeat at regular intervals within a defined time window. To set it up:
Select Recurring.
Configure the required fields.
Flow Selection: The flow that will play at each interval.
Start Date & Time: When the recurring schedule begins.
End Date & Time: When the recurring schedule ends.
Repeat Interval: How often the flow is triggered. Custom intervals are supported.
Duration: How long the flow plays on each trigger.
Return Flow: The flow that resumes after each scheduled playback ends.
Recurring Schedule Example
Schedule Configuration:
Start Time: 10:00 AM, 19 January 2026
End Time: 10:10 AM, 19 January 2026
Interval: Custom β 59 seconds
Duration: 30 seconds
Trigger Results:
Trigger# | Start Time | Flow End Time |
1 | 10:00:00 | 10:00:29 |
2 | 10:00:59 | 10:01:29 |
3 | 10:01:59 | 10:02:29 |
4 | 10:02:59 | 10:03:29 |
Important Information
Currently, all plans can create only one schedule.
Ensure the flow duration does not overlap with the next trigger time, as overlapping schedules may cause issues.
Additional scheduling options are planned for future releases.
