In some cases, there is a chance that the first few seconds of your live stream don't appear at the end platform as well as the last few seconds.

This happens due to the nature of how streaming works. It takes some time for the end platforms as well as our CDN solution to process the stream. This includes encoding the streams to multiple bitrates, recording the stream and more.

That's why in some cases, you might find the stream missing some seconds at the beginning and end of the stream.

To avoid this issue, plus to make sure your stream starts smoothly, we suggest you include an additional 10-20 seconds to the beginning of your stream. A quick tip to do this is to add a "Stream starting in a few seconds" message before going live and an end message at the end of your stream.
