Is Castr free?
All Castr plans are paid. However, you can try our platform for free for 7 days. You’ll be able to explore all the premium features of the highest subscription plan. Start a free trial here.
Do I need any additional tools to use with Castr?
You may need to install an encoder to connect your video source to Castr. Some common software encoders are Open Broadcasting Software (OBS), Streamlabs OBS (SLOBS), XSplit, vMix, Wirecast, etc. Learn more about software encoder setup.

Livestream from an external camera or camcorder
