How to turn on Chat Box for livestreaming
Go to your stream dashboard > Video Settings > Player Functions.
Toggle ON the chat feature
You can clear old messages from previous streams on the Video Settings Page by clicking the Clear Messages button.

Interacting using the Livestream Chat Box
From your viewers' point of view, they can start commenting using the Guest mode. Besides the name, it also shows the time they commented and their location.
The interactions your viewers can do in the chat widget:
Viewers can tag by clicking on the name of each other.
Viewers can link a website to their accounts.
The chat box can be opened in a pop-out window
