What is Guest Destinations

Invite users to connect their social media platforms, allowing you to easily stream to their channels using this feature.

Whitelist Emails and Share Invites

To get started, open a livestream and click the Guest Destination icon.

Next, click on Manage Access. This lets you whitelist the email addresses of guests who are allowed to add their own destinations.

After adding your guests’ email addresses, click Share Stream Link to copy and share it with them.

When a guest opens the link, they can follow the on-screen prompts to quickly add their destinations.

Add Guest Destinations to your stream

Once guests have added their destinations, you can review them here:

Important Notes

Things to be aware of:

  • The stream owner cannot view the platform keys or URLs added by guests. They can only choose to add or remove the platform.

  • Each stream allows up to 3 guest email addresses.

  • Each guest can add up to 3 destinations.

  • This feature is available on the Professional Plan and above.

  • Guests can use the invitation link as long as their email has access. They can edit their destinations, and any changes will sync with the stream owner’s account. When a guest adds a new destination, it will appear for the stream owner to approve. If a guest removes a destination, it will be immediately disabled on the owner’s account.

  • In the current version, guests can only add destinations using the URL and Key method. In an upcoming update, we plan to introduce API integration, allowing destinations to be added more easily and seamlessly.
